Delete your EdulyAI account

To delete your EdulyAI account, email us from the same address you used to register. You do not need to be signed in to the app, and you can use this page even if you have uninstalled EdulyAI.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@edulyai.com from the same email address you registered with. Use the subject line Delete my EdulyAI account.

Please include the email on your EdulyAI account so we can match your request.

What happens next

We verify that the request comes from the registered account holder. After verification, we delete the account on the backend. You will no longer be able to sign in.

What is deleted

When we complete your request, we remove:

• Your EdulyAI account and sign-in credentials
• Study topics, exams, chat history, and other content stored with your account
• Profile information such as your name and email

We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, or billing purposes, including:

• Transaction and tax records
• Encrypted backups until they rotate off our retention schedule
• Anonymized usage data that cannot identify you

Timeline

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. Account deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.

Subscriptions

Deleting your EdulyAI account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription (including Google Play Billing or Lemon Squeezy). Cancel your subscription first if you have one, then send the deletion request.
