Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Eduly AI offers refunds for subscription purchases under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service that we are unable to resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service discontinuation or significant changes that materially affect the service you purchased

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
  • Usage-based charges that have already been consumed
  • Refund requests made after the subscription period has ended

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the contact channels provided in the application. Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, and will be credited to your original payment method. Include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
  • Reason for refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The refund will appear on your statement according to your payment provider's processing timeline.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available according to the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refund Request Review: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Processing: 10-14 business days after approval
  • Payment Method Credit: May take additional time depending on your payment provider

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where a subscription has been partially used, we may offer a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
